1. The non-profit and non-commercial foundation aims, on the one hand, to support socially disadvantaged, needy or disabled children. In particular, it supports children and young people in underprivileged living situations through financial or material donations, interest-free loans, e.g. to enable training, grant scholarships or vacation stays for people with disabilities, relieving purchases, etc. The donations are not a replacement for social benefits, but are intended to give those affected additional opportunities that are not covered by social benefits. On the other hand, the foundation aims to support and help suffering animals, in particular to improve their physical and mental health and to promote animal welfare and well-being in general. At the latest after the death of the founder, certain properties in Kilchberg are to be transferred to the foundation. In this case, the foundation aims to hold and maintain these properties belonging to the foundation's assets in Kilchberg, Zurich. For this purpose, the necessary renovations are to be carried out with the necessary means. 2. The foundation can pursue its purposes through its own projects or through donations to tax-exempt third-party organizations within the framework of the aforementioned goals. 3. The foundation is active in Switzerland. 4. The founder explicitly reserves the right to change the purpose in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
