The purpose of the foundation is to promote the following institutions in fulfilling their social purposes: the Roman Catholic pastoral area of Allschwil-Schönenbuch, or its successor institution, originally for providing support to needy parish members and scholarships to theology students; the Women's Association St. Peter and Paul, Allschwil, or its successor institution, originally to realize its charitable endeavors; COMUNDO Bethlehem Mission Immensee, or its successor institution, originally to support missionary purposes; Spitex Förderverein Allschwil-Schönenbuch, or its successor institution, originally to fulfill its social purposes; and the Alterszentrum am Bachgraben Allschwil-Schönenbuch, or its successor institution, originally to support needy residents. The allocations are made annually in equal parts (one-fifth each) from the foundation's income. The foundation board is thus bound to determine the annual quotas per institution. The beneficiaries use the distributions for the social purposes of the institution, with the intention of the founders being that the funds be used primarily for members in need.
