The foundation aims to promote education, health, and economic self-sufficiency, particularly for women and girls, in a non-profit capacity. To this end, the foundation covers the costs of its own projects, specifically for educational, qualification, and bridging programs (including digital programs), measures for school, vocational, and academic education, as well as medical/health-related training and further education, scholarships and project contributions, measures for integration into employment (particularly in the medical sector and entrepreneurial activities), and the establishment and operation of its own facilities or participation therein. The foundation can contribute to women and girls gaining access to education, strengthening health competencies, becoming economically self-sufficient, and improving their social participation; it can financially, materially, or advisory support suitable partner organizations' initiatives, carry out awareness-raising, networking, and knowledge activities, and raise funds for these purposes, as well as accept donations, grants, and bequests. The foundation operates within the scope of its purpose in Switzerland and abroad, with a focus on Afghanistan, where women and girls are affected by educational and employment restrictions. Beneficiaries are supported without discrimination based on origin, language, or religion. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. Commercial purposes are excluded. The foundation is non-profit, politically, and denominationally neutral.
