The foundation aims to promote existing start-ups in the growth phase. It thus contributes to the sustainable development of the St. Gallen start-up ecosystem and its positioning in Switzerland and abroad in Europe. The foundation fulfills its purpose by setting up and implementing an accelerator program for start-ups in the growth phase. This includes supporting start-ups through mentors and experts as well as through financial contributions in the form of grants, loans or capital investments. Within the framework of the foundation's purpose, the foundation's services can also be provided by supporting organizations or institutions with the same or similar purpose. It is at the discretion of the foundation board to cooperate with other organizations or institutions with comparable goals. The foundation can acquire and sell real estate and properties, rent, lease or make them available for a usage fee to fulfill its purpose. It can also participate in companies and other legal entities to fulfill its purpose. The foundation can be active in Switzerland and abroad to fulfill its purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
