The foundation is independent, neutral and does not pursue economic goals or seek profit. The foundation can support projects and institutions related to traditional irrigation and can take over the sponsorship of further projects in this context and generate funds for this purpose. The foundation can also offer training and consulting services, carry out public relations work and generate donations for these and other comparable fields of activity. The foundation can enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the non-profit purpose of the foundation, which are directly or indirectly related to it. The foundation can rent, acquire, hold or take over further properties in building rights for the purpose of achieving its purpose. It can participate in or take over companies with a similar or similar business area if they serve the foundation's purpose.
