Promotion of the construction and operation of a new concert hall in Lucerne, including the associated infrastructure, in particular through fundraising, public relations and partnership cooperation with the public sector; to promote the operation of the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL) in a cultural sense, the foundation may also make contributions to institutions that contribute to the image of Lucerne as a city of music with their events in the concert hall; acquisition or disposal of rights and participations.
