The promotion of charitable and benevolent works on the Latin American continent, in particular the support of orphanages, including the Las Rosas Rojas orphanage in Tizayuca, Mexico (with priority for a period of ten years), schools for blind or severely visually impaired children, including the blind institution maintained by the German Christoffel-Blindenmission in Lima (Peru) (with priority for a period of ten years), schools for deaf, mute or severely hearing-impaired children, as well as schools that care for, educate and train physically disabled children.
