The foundation pursues the following purposes: a) promoting the health of humans and animals in the context of natural and social ecosystems, and b) promoting and supporting the sustainable use of natural resources under social conditions linked to the promotion and support of nature and animal conservation, the preservation of plant and animal diversity, and ecological thinking and action within an aesthetic concept for the development of landscape spaces; and c) promoting and supporting the development and dissemination of ethical principles; and d) promoting and supporting projects in the field of art; and e) promoting and supporting projects in the field of social welfare. f) promoting and supporting medical research and continuing education. The foundation may establish its own organizations, take over existing organizations, or participate in existing organizations as part of its activities. It may also collaborate with and support other organizations with similar objectives. The foundation primarily supports and promotes research projects in Poland and Switzerland, but projects in other countries can also be supported. Financial support for research projects within or outside the country requires collaboration with a Swiss university or university of applied sciences or with a tax-exempt organization in Switzerland. The foundation is internationally active according to its purpose. The foundation does not have a commercial purpose and does not aim to make a profit.
