The foundation aims to promote the innovative capacity of the Pädagogische Hochschule Schwyz in training, further education, research and development as well as services in the higher education sector. Based on a vision of the future of primary education, it supports promising and original ideas and approaches that go beyond the fulfillment of the basic mandate according to the performance mandate of the Canton of Schwyz. The foundation supports the promotion of the Pädagogische Hochschule Schwyz's reputation as an innovative, future-oriented catalyst for educational practice and educational research beyond the cantonal borders and the educational sector. The foundation fulfills its purpose by supporting the Pädagogische Hochschule Schwyz ideologically and materially in all its concerns at the level of the entire university as well as at the level of the departments. In particular, the foundation promotes the development of innovative concepts and prototypes initiated by the Pädagogische Hochschule Schwyz and its members. The foundation pursues public or charitable purposes and is politically and denominationally neutral. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
