The foundation has the following purposes: to promote and support offers, individuals and non-profit institutions in the fields of culture, health promotion, care, medicine, care and social interaction, with a focus on the municipality of Elsau and the district of Winterthur, on a non-profit basis. The foundation can act on its own or support other organizations with similar goals. It does not pursue commercial or self-help purposes. The purpose can be achieved in particular through: the creation and promotion of offers in the fields of culture and social affairs, medical-therapeutic care, care as well as stationary and ambulatory care in the Elsau area and surroundings; support and promotion of institutions, events and individuals who do basic work within the framework of the purpose; the creation of a building for the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose; direct or indirect assistance to persons who are sick, disabled, elderly or socially disadvantaged.
