The core activity of the Stiftung SBE company is the professional and social integration of young people with mental disabilities. To this end, the foundation offers various services, including: Social integration through daily structure, stabilization and motivation development; Targeted individual support; Expansion of self and social competence; Accompaniment from shared to independent living; Professional integration through work training, trial apprenticeships, IV vocational counseling and job placement; Integrated employment and work in various work areas, such as household management, kitchen, workshop and studio. The foundation works closely with the IV and other referring agencies and has a collective agreement with the BSV.
