The foundation aims to maintain the Olagomio AG (CHE-103.572.500), with its registered office in Murten, as an independent company on a solid basis, while maintaining its current purpose, by exercising the shareholders' rights in such a way that the prosperity of the company is ensured in the best possible and long-term manner. This purpose is achieved, among other things, by using the foundation's income, to the extent that it does not serve the continued existence of the foundation, for charitable purposes. Within the framework of its charitable activities, the foundation aims, among other things, to promote and provide financial, idealistic and practical support to projects related to shipping on the three Jura lakes (Lake Murten, Lake Biel, Lake Neuchâtel) as well as to create the necessary foundations for the long-term successful existence of shipping companies. It aims to promote efforts to preserve an intact environment and ecological balance as a basis for sustainable shipping and sustainable tourism. The founder reserves the right to change the purpose in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code. If a public-law corporation is legally obliged to provide similar services to those of the foundation, the foundation's services are subsidiary.
