The occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company as well as for companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the founder company, by providing support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, particularly in the event of illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; to the employee in cases of need, particularly in the event of illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly responsible for maintenance at the time of their death; and, in the absence of such persons, to their legal heirs.
