The purpose of the foundation is twofold: 1. In a first charitable part, the foundation aims to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities. To achieve this goal, the foundation specifies its purpose as follows: a) The foundation creates or supports the creation of inclusive care, housing and employment opportunities for people of all ages with disabilities (particularly people with visual and multiple disabilities as well as people with physical, intellectual or mental disabilities), including offers on a farm with the possibility of contact with animals. b) The foundation builds and promotes the construction and management of inclusive care, employment and work opportunities for people with disabilities. c) The foundation advises, accompanies and supports families with relatives according to letter a) above and creates relief offers from birth to the end of life. d) The foundation can support measures to improve the quality of life, health or independence of people with disabilities, provided that these services are not covered by other payers. e) The foundation promotes expertise and expertise in all fields of its orientation. 2. The foundation then aims, in a second area, to develop, plan, build, rent, manage as well as buy and sell real estate in Switzerland; this in both the area of affordable housing and the market segment. In addition, it can hold and manage participations. The foundation can establish branches and subsidiaries and participate in other companies as well as conduct all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The foundation can acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real estate. It can also make financings for its own account. The entire foundation capital as well as any contributions, donations and bequests of third parties serve to pursue the charitable foundation purpose according to item 1; as well as any proceeds from the real estate sector according to item 2.
