The foundation aims to preserve the historic townscape of the Städtli Spiez area within the framework of special building regulations and to use the property in a meaningful way, taking into account the conditions attached to the federal contribution guarantee. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support cultural institutions and events in the immediate vicinity of Spiez Castle and Bay, such as the Spiez Castle Foundation, as well as landscape conservation and landscape maintenance services in this environment. The annual total expenditure of these financial contributions may not exceed the net income from the foundation's assets. The foundation operates within the framework of its purpose in the municipality of Spiez. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purpose.
