The foundation is an internationally oriented organization dedicated to the welfare of stray cats on the Spanish island of Mallorca in the Balearics. Specifically, it focuses on catching and neutering cats, providing medical care, regularly maintaining food and water stations at discreet shelters, rehoming cats with private individuals, and maintaining and, if necessary, expanding the existing cat refuge for injured and disabled cats that cannot be returned to their original locations. The foundation operates exclusively on a non-profit basis. It does not pursue self-help purposes and is not profit-oriented. The foundation's assets and income are to be used solely in the interest of the foundation to support animal welfare on Mallorca (Spain). Commercial purposes are excluded. No salaries are paid. All work is done by volunteers. Support is provided at the discretion of the foundation board and without any legal entitlement. The foundation can participate in other organizations and initiatives and/or merge with similar initiatives and companies, particularly collaborating with local animal welfare institutions on Mallorca.
