The foundation aims to promote education in technical fruit processing a) through financial contributions to the expansion and technical equipment as well as to the operation of ZHAW-N for specific needs of the fruit processing department, b) through contributions to education and training 1. for talented but financially disadvantaged students and pupils of the fruit processing department at ZHAW-N, 2. for teachers of the fruit processing department at ZHAW-N, 3. for talented professionals in fruit processing in general.
