The foundation aims to promote, on a non-profit basis, projects whose goal is a sustainable, future-oriented and innovative development in the field of textiles. The foundation, as a grant-making foundation, is primarily active in Switzerland, but also abroad, provided there is a positive connection to Switzerland. The foundation's own non-profit projects are not excluded. In particular, projects that strengthen ecological, social or technological sustainability in the textile sector, develop new materials or processes, or promote the circular economy and resource conservation in the textile industry are supported. The foundation can in particular cooperate with and/or support other organizations or institutions with a comparable objective. It can establish and operate other legal entities or merge with them, if the purpose permits. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help objectives and is exclusively active on a non-profit basis. It is politically and denominationally neutral.
