The foundation aims to provide a holistic education and promotion of children, adolescents, and young adults in their musical and creative expression and social skills. To this end, various ensembles, courses, and workshops in the field of musical theater are offered, as well as corresponding concert and stage productions as training grounds for the skills learned and to promote social cohesion. The offers are available regardless of musical talents. The VoiceSteps Foundation strives to enable children, adolescents, and young adults to participate, who: come from families that cannot or can only partially pay the project contribution, come from a difficult social environment, for various reasons usually cannot participate in similar activities. The offer is financed by sponsorship contributions, donations, subsidies from the public sector, participant contributions, and income from events. The foundation is primarily active in the canton of Zug within the scope of its purpose, although the offer is also open to children, adolescents, and young adults from outside the canton. An expansion of the offer to adults within the framework of the foundation's purpose is possible. The foundation can in particular also cooperate with other organizations and/or support them. It can establish and operate other legal entities or merge with other foundations in the sense of Art. 78 ff FusG, as long as this corresponds to the core purpose. The foundation is politically and denominationally neutral, has a non-profit character, is not profit-oriented, and does not pursue profitable goals.
