The foundation pursues the purpose in Switzerland and abroad of promoting projects, initiatives, services and measures that enable people of all age groups and backgrounds to have access to housing, receive care, enjoy education and promote or protect their own health, taking into account the age, developmental stage, will and needs of the addressees, as well as considering new personal needs and social developments. In doing so, it particularly promotes equal opportunities and social inclusion of disadvantaged population groups by supporting the acquisition of skills and facilitating school-to-work transitions. In this context, it aims to utilize the resources of individual social spaces and the respective regional location, and to rely on current knowledge and the values of social work.
