The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of interests in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds. It can provide strategic, administrative, financial, and organizational services to these companies, particularly in the areas of management, financing, controlling, legal, and marketing. The company can acquire, manage, broker, and dispose of real estate, know-how, licenses, patents, and other intangible assets. It can also establish branches and subsidiaries domestically and abroad and, in general, conduct all business that is related to the company's purpose or suitable to promote it. In pursuing its corporate purpose, the company can consider the interests of the shareholders. In particular, the company can grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, within the framework of cash pooling agreements (including zero balancing), and provide security of all kinds for the liabilities of these parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind. This can be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive, and/or by incurring clustering risks.
