The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to trade, manage and hold crypto assets, interests in all commercial, financial, securities and real estate companies (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) as well as all real estate transactions (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may also engage in any other activity that has a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may, in particular, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
