The cooperative aims to restore and maintain the street in the Langmattring quarter (from Stansstaderstrasse 43/45 and from Stansstaderstrasse 57/59) in accordance with the street plan, through joint self-help. The cooperative can take all measures and conduct all business, as well as conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it. With the decision of the general assembly, it can also acquire street parcels as property, provided this is necessary and appears expedient.
