In Switzerland and abroad, the trade, purchase, sale, rental, operation, management and repair of wagons intended for the transport of cars, in Switzerland and abroad. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or other financing to third parties, including companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, its direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which its direct or indirect shareholders hold a direct or indirect participation and conclude treasury agreements with these third parties and provide any type of security or guarantee to secure their obligations, in each case with or without consideration and even if these transactions are in the exclusive interest of third parties. The company may acquire, manage, encumber and dispose of real estate and participations in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any transaction subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
