Stryker Pension Fund

The purpose of the occupational pension plan under the BVG and its implementing provisions is to provide for the employees of Stryker Services AG (formerly Stryker S.A.) and economically or financially closely related companies, as well as their dependents and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. The foundation may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
