Studer Trust Switzerland

The association aims to raise funds and provide support for the construction and maintenance of schools and other public institutions, to award scholarships to students and pupils, to compensate teachers, and to support other initiatives for improving the educational opportunities of children in Southeast Asia, particularly in Myanmar. With the funds raised, the association can implement its own projects or participate in projects of other charitable organizations, especially the Studer Trust in Hong Kong. The association does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. The majority of its organs are active on a voluntary basis.
