The company's purpose is the production, wholesale and retail sale of beverages and food products, including import, export, distribution and merchandising. It also aims to: operate commercial establishments and distribution networks; provide services to businesses in the fields of marketing and product distribution, advertising and brokerage in the purchase and sale of goods. The company may also carry out related, complementary or subsidiary activities to its main activities in order to maximize them through the implementation of new forms of trade and new sources of revenue, provided that they are authorized by law and approved by the management board. By resolution of the general meeting, the company may participate in the share capital of other companies or associate with them in any legally authorized form (for full purpose see articles of association).
