The foundation aims to promote and support current and former employees of SvS AG (formerly Silich - von Schulthess AG) who have served the company with loyalty and dedication. This is achieved through the following means: 1. Supporting and promoting the acquisition and securing of housing (first-time homes) for locals; 2. Promoting education and training; 3. Providing assistance in coping with the health consequences of accidents and illnesses; 4. Providing assistance in coping with existential emergencies. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support leisure activities for children and young people in the Upper Engadine and charitable organizations in the fields of nature, sports, and culture in the Upper Engadine. The foundation is free to choose the means to achieve its purpose. As a rule, the foundation achieves its purpose through appropriate financial assistance and contributions. The foundation is non-profit and humanitarian, does not pursue commercial purposes, and does not aim to make a profit. The foundation can acquire, manage, and sell properties. The foundation is politically and denominationally neutral.
