It may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all real estate, movable, commercial and financial transactions related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, and, in general, engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
