The company's purpose is to engage in all startup development activities through financing and investments, particularly in the real estate sector (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: establish branches or subsidiaries, conduct and perform all real estate transactions, including but not limited to purchase, sale, rental, leasing, holding, and promotion (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, and in general, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, process these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, provide guarantees for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
