Purchase, sale, import and export of all products, in particular in the following areas, namely foodstuffs, construction materials, furniture supplies, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical and therapeutic products; carrying out operations related to transportation in general, and merchandise in particular; realization and marketing of real estate, as well as purchase, sale, brokerage and management of buildings, provided they are not subject to the LFAIE; carrying out financial operations such as granting credit, borrowing, investing, trading in securities and other financial instruments; contracting any loan from banking institutions for the acquisition and realization of buildings (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
