The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees and employers of the companies affiliated with the foundation, with a registered office or place of business in Switzerland, as well as for their relatives and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. The foundation may also provide pension protection beyond the statutory minimum benefits or solely in the non-mandatory area, including support benefits in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
