The company's purpose is the trade, installation, and storage of tires for all types of vehicles, using specially equipped vehicles; intervention and roadside assistance anywhere in the field of tire changing; the trade, import, and export of spare parts for all types of automobiles; the operation of tire storage facilities. It also aims to carry out all real estate operations, such as purchasing, constructing, owning, leasing, managing, and transforming properties, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
