1 The company's purpose is to provide consulting, sales, chartering, management and design services for luxury yachts and pleasure boats, agency activities for brand owners in the interior design sector, as well as interior design, management, investment consulting and renovation consulting for properties. 2 The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. 3 The company may acquire interests in other companies and establish or finance companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose or are able to promote it. 4 The company may carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions on its own account or on behalf of third parties that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or that are likely to enable it to be achieved, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
