The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold and manage participations in domestic and foreign listed and unlisted capital and personal companies, as well as to finance them. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold and sell intellectual property rights, grant and take out loans, and provide guarantees and other securities, in particular in favor of affiliated and related companies, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of the direct or indirect shareholders of the company or other group companies and are granted free of charge. Furthermore, the company may conduct all other business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
