The purpose of the company is to provide service and management services, primarily for the companies of the Swiss Re Group, management and administration of companies of the Swiss Re Group, as well as the conduct of financial transactions of any kind. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The company is part of the Swiss Re Group and may, in pursuing its corporate purpose, take into account the interests of the Swiss Re Group. In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries, other companies of the Swiss Re Group, and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, including within the framework of group-internal cash management activities, and provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not. The company may enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, the company may also provide group-internal personnel services, including personnel leasing.
