The company's purpose is: the acquisition, holding, management, administration, financing and sale of participations, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, for all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable enterprises, in Switzerland or abroad, by taking shares, bonds, parts or any other suitable form, all to the exclusion of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase, sale, management, promotion, administration and development of all types of movable and immovable property in Switzerland or abroad, brokerage and expertise, all to the exclusion of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the execution of all construction, transformation and renovation work as well as the supervision of work; any activity related to the energy renovation of all types of movable and immovable property in Switzerland or abroad, in particular consulting, energy diagnosis, planning, coordination, execution of work, as well as the development of solutions in this field; and any activity in the fields of corporate management and transformation. The company may carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative or agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. The company may also provide administrative, financial, accounting, commercial and more generally any other service to all group companies that they may need in the context of the development of the group's activities. In particular, the company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including its direct or indirect associates and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for their own commitments as well as for those of other companies (including direct or indirect associates of the company or companies in which these associates have a direct or indirect participation), issue securities of any kind, including by means of pledges on the company's assets or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, issue guarantees, act as guarantor or otherwise guarantee or secure the company's or these other companies' obligations, with or without remuneration.
