The company may promote and support start-ups in the field of scientific and industrial innovations. The company may assume and grant agencies, commissions, representations, with or without deposit, and mandates, acquire, use and transfer patents and other works of human ingenuity, grant and obtain licenses for commercial exploitation as well as carry out all commercial operations (also import-export). The company may also participate in competitions, tenders, auctions and public or private administration contracts, the company may carry out any commercial, industrial and real estate operation as well as any financial and securities activity deemed necessary or useful by the administrative body, in strict compliance with the prohibitions and limitations provided for by the regulations in force; it may also contract financing and loans with credit institutions, banks, companies or private individuals, granting guarantees, also real, in favor of third parties.
