The purpose of the association is: The association aims to promote and support the economic, entrepreneurial, professional, as well as cultural and social activities of natural and legal persons based in Switzerland or in the nearby foreign countries, who have an economic, commercial, cultural or professional interest in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The association is particularly addressed to Swiss nationals, persons based in Switzerland or in the nearby foreign countries as well as persons of Venezuelan origin or with an interest in Venezuela. For this purpose, the association offers its members an independent platform for networking, exchange of information, exchange of experiences, cooperation and projects. The association supports its members through events, expert articles, market information and the promotion and mediation of contacts with relevant private and institutional actors. The association acts independently of state authorities and does not pursue any political or diplomatic objectives. The association is non-profit. All means of the association are used exclusively to achieve the association's purpose. Through international partnerships and cooperations, the association strives to extend its influence globally and to bring about positive change in the world. The statutory purpose is to be achieved in particular by organizing seminars, working groups, projects, cooperations and regular or irregular meetings. In order to achieve the association's purpose, the association may also maintain contractual relationships with companies, organizations and religious communities and support them in accordance with the statutory purpose. It may open non-independent project offices or information centers anywhere. It may, as a supporting association, promote other associations that support and complement its own association's purpose. The association is authorized to set up a mediation center. The association pursues exclusively idealistic purposes.
