The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to make investments in the medical, paramedical, cosmetic, para-cosmetic, pharmaceutical, hotel, restaurant, nutrition, wellness center sectors, as well as to acquire stakes in companies with similar purposes. The development, operation, and management of excellent hotel infrastructure, wellness centers, pharmacies, and medical clinics are also part of the company's objectives. To achieve this, the Company may provide administrative services and participate in industrial and commercial enterprises. It may also participate in the financing, notably by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds, of other entities within the group to which the Company belongs, in the interest of the said group, and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
