The purpose of the Association is to promote, support and implement charitable initiatives and public utility in the field of health, rehabilitation of people, and the development of communities and social and educational infrastructures with the aim of enabling the beneficiary populations to achieve self-sustainability, a dignified and independent life and to create resilient infrastructures over time. The Association also supports and implements humanitarian, emergency, cooperation and development initiatives. The Association collaborates, where appropriate, with public institutions and other social and humanitarian organizations with similar purposes, and coordinates its assistance interventions with them. Within the framework of the established purposes, the Association is active throughout the Swiss territory and abroad.
