The company is exclusively active as a general partner for the Swisscanto (CH) Private Equity World Carbon Solutions I KmGK. It may conduct all other business related to the company's purpose. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The functions and tasks of the company are determined by the Collective Investment Schemes Act (KAG), the relevant ordinances of the Federal Council (KKV) and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA (KKV-FINMA), as well as the company agreement with the limited partners of the Swisscanto (CH) Private Equity World Carbon Solutions I KmGK. Furthermore, all guidelines of the AMAS and the relevant FINMA circulars must be observed.
