Within the framework of its purpose, the company provides services, takes on mandates, in particular for clarifications, consulting and training, and implements projects. The company promotes the goals of the Swisscontact Foundation by providing the aforementioned services as well as through financial support. The company's activities are subsidiary to the non-profit activities of Swisscontact, meaning it only acts to the extent that the foundation does not want to perform a task within the scope of the company's purpose itself. The company can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in similar or related companies in Switzerland and abroad, merge with such companies or establish, acquire or finance such companies. The company can acquire, hold and sell real estate. The company can engage in all activities that are related to the main purpose of the company. It can also provide financing on its own account, enter into guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties, and conduct all business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company can make donations and distribute dividends to the Swisscontact Foundation for financial support, but exclusively to the Swisscontact Foundation. The foundation may only use the received payments for non-profit purposes.
