The company's purpose is to provide all services in the fields of architecture, construction, BIM (Building Information Modeling or Building Information Modeling), technical planning, architectural design, and the digitization of the construction sector. It also engages in consulting, project management, and any activity in the real estate sector, excluding transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), as well as the trade (purchase, sale, rental, import, export) of all products. The company can:
