The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, sale and management of participations in all companies or commercial, financial, industrial or other enterprises, in Switzerland and abroad, as well as their financing, excluding real estate participations that are not permissible under the LFAIE. The company may acquire or sell real estate, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
