The company's purpose is to operate a technical consulting office for energy and building technology, including all services in the fields of energy transition, heat production and building insulation. Furthermore, it may engage in any activity that has a direct or indirect connection with this purpose, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies pursuing an identical or similar goal, or merge with such companies. The company may also conclude all transactions or contracts necessary for the development or expansion of its purpose. It is authorized to engage in all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, subject to the restrictions provided by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
