The purpose of the association is to support decentralized protocols and systems that focus on the maintenance, security, and incentivization of open-source software. A dominant, but not exclusive, focus will be placed on promoting and developing the so-called TEA protocol and related technologies. To achieve this purpose, the association may acquire funds, finance internal and external resources, promote the dissemination of such protocols in various ways, organize conferences and other events, and participate in all other activities that promote such protocols. The association does not pursue any profit. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, exploit, manage, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the purpose of the association.
