To promote audiovisual culture in general, with particular attention to video productions that document, promote and enhance the territory, art and culture of Italian-speaking Switzerland, its dialects and traditions, and in particular: to bring together independent videomakers and filmmakers for the conception, production and realization of audiovisual products of cultural value; the organization and implementation of training courses; the live streaming of events; the management of a regional web TV; the realization of video or film projects that are difficult to achieve individually, such as fiction, documentaries and live multicamera recordings; the purchase and sharing of equipment for projects in the audiovisual field.
