The purpose of the Company is: The operation of a dental laboratory specializing in the manufacture of dental prostheses, the provision of dental restoration services and the performance of dental analyses and diagnostics. The company may also engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to this purpose, including the research, development and marketing of dental products. Furthermore, the Company may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries, acquire participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, when permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate and sell real estate; grant loans or any other form of financing, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
