The purpose and object of the company is the operation and exploitation of a hydroelectric power plant as well as the manufacture and distribution of technical products. The company may also construct, operate, acquire, lease, sell or lease out other power plants, power transmission and distribution systems, and buy and sell electrical energy. It is authorized to participate in undertakings with a similar corporate purpose and to carry out all operations of an industrial, commercial and other nature that may serve to achieve or promote the corporate purpose.
